    "text": "Then the other thing there is so transformative about that Was it was the first Awareness I had of how much my childhood a loneliness feelings of neglect were impacting Me being a bit of a whiny needy wife."

    "text": "And so, learning to take some of those thoughts captive and just believe the truth that I was loved by God transformed the way I behaved inside my marriage."

    "text": "So it's been such a good uphill climb since then for more joy in our marriage and our family."

    "text": "because the problem is I wrote about this on my first book Mothering by The Book, It's A Lot About That Journey that when we have all these unresolved fears, even if it's for our children like."

    "text": "And yet we're dealing with all of our dysfunctions Like my addiction to fear My husband's addiction to porn."

    "text": "A lot of addiction recovery programs are centered around attunement and co-regulation, especially for women who talk through things with someone else that is empathetic or nonjudgmental helps us overcome."

    "text": "And so I think, there's gonna be a lot of fruit for you and Jennifer doing that just helping people connect because so many people are so lonely and isolated and Christians were under this pressure to perfect."
